Service Description
Are you having trouble waking up to go to work in the mornings? Lack of motivation to get your work done? Are you feeling too tired to work and too overworked to relax? Come and de-stress at one of our Laughing Yoga Classes! A unique exercise routine that combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing (pranayama). Laugh more and feel good! Scientific studies around the world demonstrate the ability of laughter to improve physical and mental health. As children, laughing is easy and natural. However, as we grow up and find life's stressors - we learn to stop laughing. Eventually, we may begin to lose the ability for this natural stress relief. Boosting both energy and calm- Laughter Yoga develops our laughter muscles. We use yogic breathing, stretching, and playful activities-often while seated. Feeling great happens quickly as our bodies release extra oxygen into the bloodstream. Sessions include laughter, meditation, relaxation, or breathwork.
Cancellation Policy
“Use it or lose it” policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the workshop to avoid forfeiting the session. No refunds or replacements for missed sessions unless due to emergencies (at coach’s discretion). Workshop recordings will be provided to all registrants for the sessions they purchase (single or bundle). Bundle buyers: Receive all session recordings, even if they cannot attend live. Single session buyers: Receive the recording for the session they purchased only. To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us at least 48 hours in advance at info@rainbowcareercoaching.com.
